Kinesiology serves as a powerful tool for understanding and connecting to your body. Using gentle muscle testing and holistic assessment I help you identify and clear energetic imbalances and guide you to tap into that innate self-healing potential. NLP, Hypnotherapy and other energy balancing modalities are weaved into our sessions as needed to amplify your healing, growth & alignment.

I am Mum to four loving & radiant children, navigating life with my best friend and husband Luke the farmer, I’m a lover of yoga, my garden, my animals and all things magical & mystical.

I have always been deeply curious of how the mind, body, spirit and health are connected and I am eternally grateful to have had the most beautiful teachers come into my life and share their wisdom with me. I see life as a journey of spiritual and emotional self-growth, exploration, joy-seeking and an opportunity to evolve and learn from the world around us.

I love exploring the realms of energy healing to gain clarity & experience positive transformation in my own life, relationships, personal/ business goals and to improve the overall wellbeing & health of my family. I have witnessed and understand the transformative healing potential of these modalities and I feel honoured to share this wisdom via the invitation to work alongside my clients.
